It is to be noted that all students are required to pay 50% of fee towards the first installment, which includes the registration fee, on the day of registration, i.e. when they arrive at the beginning of the academic year, another 25% of fee as the Second installment at the time of registration for the second term, and the remaining 25% of fee as the final installment at the time of registration for the third as payment toward fees for the year (other than official candidates of partner bodies of SIBS Ministries, who must pay Rs. 5250 at the time of registration for the first term). ​

Students are not allowed to write the examinations at the end of the term/academic year unless all their accounts for the year are paid in full, nor will seniors be given their certificates or transcripts if there is any unpaid balance remaining at the end of their course.
