Christian Worker's Certificate (CWC)
Christian Worker's Certificate (CWC)

A limited number of candidates are accepted who intend to study for two years in order to prepare themselves for witness as laymen or in specific areas of Christian service. 

 

The entrance requirement is a minimum of S.S.L.C., but special consideration may be given in exceptional cases to applicants who have less than the minimum academic standard. These applicants will take the sequence of courses taught in the first two years of the regular B.Th. pro­gramme.

 

Upon vote of the Faculty and the Academic Committee, such students will be awarded the Christian Worker's Certificate if they have satisfactorily completed a minimum of 115 credit hours, including credits from Disciple­ship Groups and Practical Work assignments, Computer Skills requiring the main­taining of a minimum of 50% (C-) passing grade point average, and evidence of a spiritual growth and zeal in practical Christian minis­try, as outlined in the section on Objectives, above.

Pre-Theology

Similar to CWC, a limited number of candidates are accepted who intend to study for one year in order to prepare themselves for Bachelor of Theology program. 

 

The entrance requirement is a minimum of S.S.L.C., but special consideration may be given in exceptional cases to applicants who have less than the minimum academic standard. These applicants will take the sequence of courses taught in the first year of the regular B.Th. pro­gramme.

 

Upon vote of the Faculty and the Academic Committee, such students will be awarded the Pre-Theology Certificate if they have satisfactorily completed a minimum of 36 credit hours, including credits from Disciple­ship Groups and Practical Work assignments, Computer Skills requiring the main­taining of a minimum of 50% (C-) passing grade point average, and evidence of a spiritual growth and zeal in practical Christian minis­try, as outlined in the section on Objectives, above.
