SOUTH INDIA BIBLICAL SEMINARY

The Chapel is a heart of our campus life. Worship is a heartbeat of every student and community as a whole. Our day begins with worship. Chapel service takes place from Monday to Thursday morning at 8:20 AM to  8:50 AM. Morning devotions are conducted by the Principal and all faculty members. Students are given an opportunity to lead the service, sing, and read the Scripture. From 8:5o AM to 9:00 AM, there is two-by-two students' prayer time where they reflect upon based on the devotion and also pray for the needs of people around the world; faculty also do the same in a group.

 

Family prayer is at 6:30 PM to 7.00 PM  which is held separately for both boys and girls (students). All the students and faculty and their families come together for worship on Sunday evening at 5:00 PM.  SIBS choir is also the strength of our worship. SIBS has a melodious choir which brings prises to God’s heart. There is also singsong service which is the time of exercising student’s talents and gifts. Students are given an opportunity to sing and share their testimony and prayer concerns in the singsong service.
